Simon Keeton, Group President of the Power Solutions Group at ON Semiconductor, will resign effective June 30, 2026. Keeton, who joined the company in July 2007 and became Group President in February 2024, stepped down from all officer positions immediately but will remain through June 30 to support the transition.
